Here we are coming up to a vote.  Some think that is enough… to vote on a person to do a job.  It is not.  Our system is corrupt and broken.  So getting someone in place is only the beginning…

* we have lots of changes we are making and need to make
* we need everyone to join in – to help solve the problems we have.
* when the vote is complete, we start working on the next steps.
* this includes holding all accountable for the purpose of making the changes we need, and asking for atonement from those responsible for causing harm.
* this is only part of our job and opportunity.
